Owner Trevor Bath has been working in the construction industry since he was 16 years old. From a job as a labourer during summers and spring breaks through his commerce degree at UBC to officially taking the reins of Renaissance Projects in 2020, Trevor is as experienced as they come. Trevor is committed to maintaining Renaissance’s reputation of honesty, transparency, and quality workmanship. He employs a skilled team of tradesmen, including a journeyman carpenter and highly qualified labourers; he also has established relationships with a large pool of trusted sub-contractors willing and able to help finish any project on time and on budget.

COUNTRY CLUB RENOVATION

"One of our proudest recent commercial projects was this local country club renovation. We provided a complete revamp and refurbishment of the dining and private function room. After the renovations, we installed custom millwork throughout the building, including an impressive barn door and custom columns, baseboards, panels, customized rolling planters and professionally finished paint on all walls and ceilings.

LOCAL LAW FIRM

"We love a full overhaul. Pictured here is the completed phased renovation of a local law firm. After the firm took over the neighbouring leased space, we came in to reconfigure their entire work area, including walls and layout. We also installed new laminate floors throughout and upgraded the electrical and mechanical components. The space was again finished with professional paint on walls, doors, and ceilings.
